Jikjix seamlessly blends, harmonizes and juxtaposes elegance with attitude. This collaboration piece speaks about a certain confidence as the piece explores the intersection between art, fashion and technology. Titled ‘Onyx’ - as the color of the clothing suggests - is emblematic of an elegance manifest. It is about attitude as much as it is about style; it is also about the confidence, desire and outlook to push the forefront for change.
A piece as bold as fashion itself.
It never stops evolving. Welcome to [ze Luna] and the EVOLVX series. Welcome to the future.

Jikjix is a digital fashion creative that is new to the space. Yet her works speaks for itself. Characterized by a strong sense of aesthetics, coupled with a skillful use of color, texture, detail and materiality - makes her presence and style easily identifiable in the Web3 space. Her pieces are strong, bold and full of expression and emotion. She brings the next-generation fashion to life.
I am Jikjix, 3D art creator and digital fashion designer. My journey in this field is rather young, as I have been actively engaged in Web3 for only the last nine months.
Q1: Let's introduce yourself!
Q2: What would you like to express, achieve or try out through this art collaboration with Paper?
I was always impressed by how Paper integrates confident femininity with fashion and tech, without a hint or trace of rugged masculinity. Through our recent collaboration, we have strived to achieve a harmonious blend of 2D and 3D art within the confines of a glorious female persona.

Q3: Do share about your art journey thus far, and what led you here - into Web3 and NFT art?
My introduction to digital fashion was purely by chance. An Instagram Live changed my life path 15 months ago. I started learning 3D software from YouTube, and in January 2023, my first digital dress with a Matrix theme was showcased at Berlin Fashion Week in collaboration with Style Protocol. Additionally, I collaborated with The Fashion DAO community for the NFTNYC event on accessories and became one of their finalists. So far, I have had the chance to collaborate with several notable international artists.
Q4: Your works speak about your interest in fashion; what made you choose this theme as an interest and direction in your art?
I have a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and a master's degree in Psychology. While studying female patients, I realized that their state of body and mind played a direct role in what they wore and the persona they presented to the outside world. As a result, I have aimed to showcase the delicate fragility of women, ensconced within the strength of confidence and the sheer force of self-awareness.

I am excited and eager to explore the part of this new wave that integrates fashion and technology, which includes NFT art, XR (AR/VR), gaming, and the Metaverse. As 3D printing in fashion takes on a more paramount role, I see vast new frontiers to be explored and identified, with endless possibilities.
Q5: What and where do you envision your art will take you? Anything you hope to achieve on this journey?
Q6: It seemed you've worked on some collaborations with various other artists as well; do you think it is a good way for artists to grow, learn and experiment through joint collaborations?
I was blessed throughout my journey with collaborations by several very talented artists, giving me a rare chance to view Web3 through their eyes and benefit from their experiences. I believe that collaboration among artists brings about a spirit of camaraderie that is vital for collective and individual growth.

Q7: Would love for you to share more thoughts about what you'v encountered in Web3 so far - some lessons and experiences - for others to understand more this new and emerging space.
Web3 is a fast-paced space where the emphasis is on community building and networking. It is full of opportunities to meet new and unique individuals from all over the world. However, it can be a challenging and stressful environment for new artists. Therefore, it is important to maintain a sense of balance between the virtual aspect of Web3 and the reality outside.
At the end, I would like to thank Paper for providing me with the opportunity to collaborate and express my thoughts and ideas.
